She came highly recommended and she did not disappoint! We are very independent, know what we want, are picky, and thought Paula would help us through paperwork and official communications. As it turned out, we needed her to find the perfect house that the both of us love! On our own we found houses that one or the other of us loved, but not the other. Paula paid close attention and found a house for us that we both realized was the right one. Meanwhile, Paula is so patient with us and is great at handling all the details so we don't have to. Paula was amazing.
We were moving across the country. My husband made it to Florida a month ahead of me. She showed us houses, and included me in video calls so I could see the homes as well. Even with the few hiccups we encountered (not from Berkshire), she helped us navigate everything. She truly made this huge move very easy and stress free. She may have started off as our agent, but she ended up being a friend. You couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable, helpful and kind person to help you find your next home.
